Filament brings an expansive, freewheeling, new folk musical adaptation of this beloved story to their Northwest side Chicago stage! Six actors playing a menagerie of instruments will lead you from Geppetto’s wood shop through the land of toys, into the belly of a shark, and home again on a journey to learn what it is to be real. Filament’s folk aesthetic will delight adults and children alike! The run time is about 1 hour.
