Chicago, IL

What: Perkolator is a neighborhood cafe featuring fresh, locally roasted coffee, fresh baked goods daily from 3 NW Side bakeries, and a fantastic, ever changing sandwich menu and pizza slices. Kid Friendliness: Breakfast is served all day long so lots of options for kiddos on the menu including their yummy grilled cheese. For kiddos in tow, a small section in the front next to the large windows is a partitioned play area for kids.  The area has a kids sized table and chair with toys to entertain many age groups. For the younger kiddos, dig into their basket of toys, dolls and dinosaurs. For the budding engineer or builder, they can enjoy the box of Legos. For the older kiddos, plenty of board games are available from Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno to Barbie Board Game. And all drinks for kids come specifically for them in a kid sized portion.
